Returns Policy

Customers can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or wrong item being delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The more information you have about the cause of the problem, the more easily you can help to resolve it. To expedite your request, please include the following information:

– Name On Order

– Your Order Number

– A detailed description of the problem

– Some photos illustrating the issue

– Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded or the information you chose with your order. If you do not follow our Guide, we cannot offer any solution. It’s your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can’t guarantee that special requests will be adhered to – for example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can, however, remove red-eye, edit eye color, and other requests.

Please note that all examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high-quality finish you see on-site.
